Order Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. Dispatch times vary by product availability:

• 📦 In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 3–5 business days
• 🔧 Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 10–30 business days for production and preparation before dispatch
• ⚙️ Special / Complex Items: Certain products with advanced specifications or rare materials may require an additional 10 business days on top of the standard production period. We will notify you at the time of order if this applies.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

• 🇺🇸 United States:
  • ✈️ Air Freight: Approximately 20 days from dispatch
  • 🚢 Sea Freight: Approximately 30 days from dispatch
• 🌏 Other International Destinations: Delivery timeframes vary by country and shipping method. Please contact us with your delivery address and we will provide an accurate estimated transit time before you place your order.
