Vanto – Return & Refund Policy
1. 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns Unused items in original, undamaged packaging that do not affect resale may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions Items that have been unsealed, installed, powered on, used, cut, painted, or are missing components are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Product Categories The following product types are not eligible for 7-day no-questions-asked returns: fluids & consumables, custom/made-to-order items, programmed parts, and clearance items.
4. Damaged on Arrival If your order arrives damaged, you must provide a complete unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted. If we ship the wrong item, we will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
5. Fitment & Appearance Tolerances Minor panel gaps, fine-tuning requirements, and slight color variations are normal characteristics of aftermarket automotive parts and do not constitute product defects. Aftermarket parts are not OEM components and may require adjustment, drilling, or minor modification for proper fitment.
6. Installation Disclaimer Installation is a separate service. Issues arising after installation are not necessarily product defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
7. Custom & Made-to-Order Items Custom products cannot be cancelled or refunded once an order is placed.
8. Return Process To initiate a return, contact our customer service team first to obtain the return address. Do not send returns cash-on-delivery (COD) — COD returns will be refused. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
